Exchange Student Says Farewell

Thanaporn Mongkoljittanon, known to her fellow students as "Eye" has spent the last year as a student of Sloan-Hendrix High School. She is a foreign exchange student and will be traveling to her home in Thailand on May 22. Donna and Calvin Bartlett of Ravenden served as her host family. While in Arkansas, she has enjoyed hanging out with her new friends and having water fights at her home. She also enjoyed her trip to Universal Studios and Disney World in Florida. In departing from Sloan-Hendrix, Eye would like to say "My memories that I made here with my family and my friends are filled with happiness, sadness and joy. I want to say to all of my friends, my family, and Sloan-Hendrix School thank you for everything that ya'll have done for me. I feel so lucky to get to know many people here and made many good memories together! Ya'll made my year full of joy and happiness. Ya'll are the best. Thanks for always helping me, talking to me, and being nice to me. I'll miss ya'll so much! I'll be back soon (someday), LOL. See ya at that time! Love ya'll more than cheese cake, Eye." All the best from Sloan-Hendrix, Eye!
